I wanted a new tablecloth for the small square table in my breakfast nook. I looked for a red checked one, but couldn’t find exactly what I had in mind. In a fabric store one afternoon, I found a fabric I liked, and decided to make one. I’m glad I did- I got what I wanted, and very inexpensively. The fabric was on clearance. Coffee cake, crumbs cakes, cinnamon rolls, donuts, really any sort of sugary, fruit, dough like creation.

Did you know that recipes are the most popular and most pinned items on Pinterest? I love finding new recipes to try and with the exception of one or two duds, all the recipes I’ve tried from Pinterest have been delicious!
Wow! We made it! We are in the final week of school.. are you ready? With the start of summer vacation, comes the end of another great school year. With the end of the school year comes the last opportunity to show our appreciation for the teachers!
