Happy first day of March!! March means that we are close to Spring and St. Patrick’s Day! The warm weather and the leprechaun come to pay a visit to our home! The leprechaun leaves behind a rumpled mess, streamers hanging everywhere, green bagels, and chocolate coins!

Here in all one place are 9 of our must-have Irish savory and sweet recipes as well as a couple fun printables for cupcakes and shamrock shakes!

In the days leading up to this Irish holiday, we eat traditional Irish food like soda bread, Irish beef Stew, Corn Beef and Cabbage, and Bangers and Mashed Potatoes!

We decided to change things up a bit and make shamrock shaped cake mix cookies with {copycat} Panera icing! We had the best time mixing, shaping, and baking these {Irish Cake Mix Cookies}!
shamrockcakemiccookiesI was able to sneak some cereal away to create these {Lucky Charms Popcorn Bars}! Lucky Charms cereal, marshmallows, and microwave popcorn come together to create this sweet and salty treat! To add some extra sweetness I drizzled white chocolate and sprinkled some shamrocks on these lucky charms popcorn bars!

The thick, creamy slightly minty green shake is one of our favorites! It can only be found this time of year in honor of St. Patrick’s Day! Last year I decided to create my own shake recipe so that we could enjoy this amazing Shamrock Shake all year long!
This year I decided to kick it up a notch and create fun {straw toppers} to go along with the countless Shamrock Shakes we consume!

This {leprechaun snack mix}is a sweet and salty mix made up of the classic muddy buddies recipe, yogurt covered pretzels with green chocolate drizzle, and mint M&Ms. We ate some, stored some away, and pack some in quart sized mason jars to give away to some friends!

In addition, to the all the meat and potatoes was a thick slice of {Irish Brown Bread} slathered in butter. The bread had a crusty outside, soft inside, and a slight tangy taste. There was something delicious about it that made me want to eat the entire slice.
