One of the cookies my Mom would buy for us growing up were Keebler’s Pecan Sandies. They were buttery, nutty, and crumbly bites of pure cookie goodness!
My friend Sarah and I were just talking recently about how much we love these cookies! I decided to give it a go and create my own Pecan Sandies!
These cookies are absolutely going to be a great addition to my holiday cookie platters!
Just like the ones that the Keebler elf is serving up these Pecan Sandies are a sweet cookie treat that brings me back to my childhood!
