Welcome back to our kitchen where we are mixing up another great snack mix! As we walk the aisles of Walmart we dream up all the different snack mixes that we can create. Our latest Party Goldfish Snack Mix is my favorite one so far. I love the zesty flavor and the combination of the munchies we put together to make this party mix great!
We make our way to the kitchen and head to the pantry for all the things we need. My blonde sweet girl loves to be in the kitchen creating and taste testing. This summer she learned to make an amazing, gourmet egg sandwich that she loves to pair with fresh fruit. She has also enjoyed baking everything from cookies to cakes. Snack mixes are fun too because they come together easy, make a lot and you can test taste everything!
We are going to kick this snack mix up a notch with a spice mix that we put together. As we stir we enjoy some fresh, crunchy grapes that go great with this Goldfish cracker snack mix! Our spice mix is a taco seasoning packet, cumin, and garlic powder. Together they make this Party Goldfish Snack Mix a great, zesty way to enjoy a snack while at work, lunch, or play!

Goldfish crackers are the perfect snack for my kids {and my hubby and me too} and can be enjoyed in so many different ways! A win-win for everyone!
- 3 cups Goldfish crackers
- 2 cups corn chips
- 2 cups pretzel twists
- 1½ cups cashew halves
- ½ cup canola oil
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1- 1.25-ounce taco seasoning packet
- Preheat Oven 200F
- In a large ziploc bag add the Goldfish crackers, corn chips, pretzels, and cashews
- Add the oil and coat the snack mix
- In a small bowl stir together garlic powder, cumin, and taco seasoning
- Add to snack mix, seal ziploc bag, and shake until snack mix is well coated.
- Using 2 cookie sheets spread snack mix evenly
- Bake at 200 F for 55 minutes
- Remove from oven, cool completely, and enjoy!
