My blonde sweet girl and I started a tradition last year a few days before school started. We spent some time together and went for manicures. It’s a relaxing, fun way to spend some precious moments together before she heads off on the bus to school all day. It turns out that this tradition has been made into a day to celebrate by beauty company {julep}. The official day for mommy and me manicures was Saturday, August 30th, not to worry if you missed it, there is still time to take advantage of this sweet outing!

She chooses a pearl, light pink with a pink glitter over top every nail, except the ring finger which will have a white flower! I choose a light watercolor turquoise because I am not completely ready to let go of summer! Check out the fall colors that {julep}has to offer! I love all the amazing choices!

A Mommy and me salon selfie as we wait our turn to be pampered! I cherish these moments where we can have the time to talk about anything. I know as she grows that these times will become more and more important and precious.
