Last week was a whirlwind week with our family schedule and dinner was fast and on the fly. There was one night that I was able to make Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Pesto Pasta and it was a great 30 minute dinner! I also enjoyed a few quieter moments this week and I created these sweet Fruit & Yogurt Filled Crepes. We celebrated PI day on Saturday with these Blueberry Cheesecake Mini Pies.
