I hope that you are all enjoying summer so far! It’s been a little more rainy than usual here and so we have been fitting summer in between rain drops and claps of thunder!
Rainy days are good for baking and creating fun to eat movie snacks! This smores snack mix is a twist on a classic summer treat! We are dreaming of summertime down the shore with the sand between our toes and the crashing waves! The boardwalk has some of the best food including my homemade version of our favorite caramel corn!! We did get one sunny day and I decided to grill these amazing Asian pork spare ribs!
