Compliments of General Mills I opened my door to find a box of the limited edition sugar cookie toast crunch and some great holiday recipe cards with it! I decided to give these cruncherdoodles a try and they were a huge hit!
Using the cereal and sugar cookie mix these cruncherdoodles are a sweet crunchy cereal cookie bite!
Holiday Cruncherdoodles
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups
Sugar Cookie Toast Crunch cereal-finely crushed-divided

1 pouch-1 lb 1.5 oz.
Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix

1/2 cup
butter,softened

1
egg
-
1/4 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Cooking Directions
Preheat Oven to 350F.
Set aside 1/2 cup of the cereal and cinnamon in a small bowl.
In a large bowl stir in 2 cups of the cereal, cookie mix, and the egg until a dough forms.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll into cereal cinnamon mixture.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
