This Easter Muddy Buddy Recipe is melted white chocolate that coats crispy rice squares is covered with confectioner’s sugar and tossed in Easter candy! This is one serious, sweet snack mix!
Share this snack mix with some friends, give away as a gift to teachers, or bring to a party! Scoop this muddy buddy snack mix into a ziploc bag and attach these decorative bag toppers!
- 1-12 ounce box crispy rice squares
- 2 cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups- any type Easter candy
- In a small saucepan melt the white chocolate chips and oil.
- In a large bowl pour crispy rice squares and evenly coat cereal with melted white chocolate.
- Evenly coat mix with powdered sugar.
- Stir in candies!
Store snack mix in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks!
What you need to make Bag Toppers:
Happy Easter and Spring Has Sprung bag topper
Scissors
Stapler
Snack or sandwich sized ziploc bag filled with snack mix
Washi Tape
Directions:
Print out Happy Easter and Spring Has Sprung bag toppers
Cut along the edges
Fold bag topper in half
Place around ziploc bag
Staple the corners and cover in washi tape
