Happy first day of fall! I was sad to leave summer behind but I have starting embracing all things fall! One of those things is packing away my summer decorations and bringing out the fall ones!
Back in the Spring I created a Happy Birthday banner which turned into a Happy Spring banner.
Now that wall is empty and I decided to fill it with a newly crafted DIY Happy Fall banner!
Don’t look to close using scissors is not my best crafting feature! As a lefty cutting a straight line isn’t easy even with my special Fiskars! 😉
Hopefully this DIY banner will speak for itself squiggly lines and all!
When we were at Back To School night my blonde sweet girl’s teacher asked for parent volunteers to sign a sheet if we were available to come in and help out. I quickly grabbed that clipboard and scribbled my name on top.
Later in her presentation she was listing all the things that the parent volunteers can do. Of course the first thing on her list was cutting things out, lots of things in her words. I visibly cringed!!
