Chex mix is one of those munchie snacks that gets put out at every get together, dinner and party we have! I love all the different flavors to choose from! I am a room parent for my kids classes and we need a great Halloween munchie treat. This homemade chex mix will be a real hit with the lightly sweetened chex, candy corn, and candy corn M&Ms.

Candy Corn Chex Mix
-
4 cups
corn chex cereal
-
4 cups
rice chex cereal
-
1/4 cup
butter,melted
-
1/3 cup
light brown sugar
-
1/3 cup
corn syrup
-
1 bag
candy corn
-
1 bag
candy corn M&Ms
Cooking Directions
In a large microwave bowl melt together butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup.
Microwave until bubbling.
Add the chex cereal and stir until well coated.
Microwave for 3 minutes, stopping every minute to stir.
Spread chex on cookie sheet and allow to harden for 5 minutes.
Put in bowl and add in candy corn and candy corn M&Ms.
Take a handful and enjoy!
