The side dishes are set, fresh summer fruit cut, the door bell is ringing and friends are joining the fun! The grill is fired up as we get ready to add the meat into the mix of tasty food! We get out the hamburgers, hot dogs and the most amazing, tender, falling off the bone Smithfield® pork spare ribs that we found at Walmart!
There are two things that make this pork spare ribs finger licking, bone falling off the meat good! The ribs have been rubbed down in a dry rub using great spices. These ribs have also marinated for 2 days in a marinade that has been unlocked from our friend’s family vault. It’s an Asian marinade rich in the flavors of garlic, soy sauce, honey and more!
They sizzle on the grill cooking on a low temperature to allow them to grill perfectly letting the juices flow and the marinade to become a perfect glaze on the pork spare ribs!
Come on into the kitchen and I’ll show you how to make these mouthwatering Asian Pork Spare Ribs!
Top 3 Tips To Getting Great Grilled Asian Pork Spare Ribs:
1. Using a dry rub allows the meat to tenderize and have extra added flavor rubbed in!
2. Marinading the meat for at least 24-48 hours makes the meat tender, and flavorful!
3. Grilling the meat at a low temperature is how to get the meat falling off the bones texture, and it allows the marinade to create a nice glaze on the meat.
