Christmas is around the corner…Are you ready?!?! This year I have a plan for success to get everything all set for Christmas day, it’s alot to squeeze in but I am on a mission to get all the wrapping, cooking, baking, gift giving, party going, light seeing, family and friend times, memory making moments in!
In all our baking and creating, and obsession with all things sweet and salty we created this chocolate covered cracker tree!
I am so excited to make these chocolate covered cracker trees the center of our Christmas dessert table, just grab a chocolate cracker off the top and enjoy!
My sweet boy was home from school for a few days with pink eye and in spending some time together we create these! A dip in some chocolate and covered with sprinkles and then stacked high makes these chocolate covered cracker trees looks sweet and yummy to eat!
Chocolate Covered Cracker Tree

- Cover cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- In a microwave safe bowl place chocolates and 1 teaspoon oil. Microwave for 20 seconds, stir then place back in microwave and heat until melted, add in the other teaspoon of oil if needed. Stir well.
- Coat cracker with chocolate until completely covered, place cracker on cookie sheet.
- Use sprinkles, coconut, M&Ms, chocolate chips etc. and place on top of crackers.
- Place in fridge until chocolate has harden, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stack six crackers on top of one another in a criss cross fashion.
- Enjoy!
Notes
To make a chocolate star to place on tree: place melted chocolate in a ziploc bag, bring all the chocolate to one corner, snip the corner of the bag, and draw a star on a piece of parchment or wax paper, place in fridge and allow to harden.
