We offer a great healthy option with MorningStar Farms® burgers to our friends and family! We are topping these veggie cuisine burgers with our sweet and tasty grilled mango peach salsa!
Come on into the kitchen and we will show you our secrets to how we jazz up our burger rolls and grill our mangoes!
Today we are grilling two of our favorites in both the classic veggie burger and the spicy black bean burger. Both of these are the perfect compliment to our grilled mango peach salsa. Juicy grilled mango, fresh peaches, peppery cilantro, crunchy onion and pepper, along with cherry tomatoes and avocado is what makes this grilled mango peach salsa a summer BBQ success ! Pile this zesty and sweet salsa up high on your burger and give yourself a reason to smile! I love summer and barbecue food!
A few hours before our guests arrive we head out to Target to get the MorningStar Farms® burgers and all the ingredients for the grilled mango peach salsa! I love that we can get everything that we need all in one place! I can smell the grill calling our name as we are on our way home to get this good for you menu going!
Grilled Mango Peach Salsa
Ingredients
- 3 large mangoes
- 1 peach- peeled and diced
- 1 pepper-diced
- ½ red or white onion -diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro-chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper-diced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes-diced
- 1 garlic clove-minced
- 1 avocado-diced
- ¼ cup lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the mangoes. To do this place the mango belly button side up and slice down one side close to the pit, repeat on the other side.
- Cut mango into squares with knife being careful not to cut the skin.
- Place grill on medium heat and place mangoes on grill for 5-10 minutes until mango becomes juicy and has grill marks.
- In a bowl combine the peach, pepper, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, cherry tomatoes, garlic, and avocado.
- Scoop the mango out and add to bowl.
- Stir in the lime juice and salt and pepper to taste! Stir salsa all together!
- Add on top of grilled MorningStar Farms® burgers and serve some on the side with chips!
- For an extra toasty bun-brush your burger buns with a little extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle on some pepper and garlic powder. Place on grill for a few minutes until toasty!

My blonde sweet girl summed it up perfectly when she sunk her teeth into this burger and let out a big “hmmmmmm amazing”!! I couldn’t have said it better myself as we enjoyed these full flavored, mouthwatering burgers with grilled mango peach salsa on a toasted bun! That’s summer in a bite!
