I have discovered my new favorite thing! Washi tape! I have seen it, known about, and have heard that its great and nothing could have prepared me for how much I would love it! It’s right up there with my slight obsession for mason jars, burlap and clothes pins!
Washi tape comes in all different sizes and patterns and I think I stood in front of the different varieties for about 15 minutes before deciding which ones to choose. It was the “Mom hurry up” that snapped me back to reality that I should make a decision!
We take tons of pictures that we love to display and we feature a lot of our kids artwork around the house. My little love draws me about 10 pictures a day and it is fascinating to see her create different twists on the same picture that she draws over and over again! Some day I will get them all bound together in a book!
I am always looking to create different ways to feature the pictures and the artwork! This DIY washi tape clothespin picture line uses some of my favorite things! It was fun and easy to make and within minutes I was hanging our memories!
I found everything I needed at my local craft store! It turns out that they also have a minor obsession with clothespins, washi tape and burlap so I had plenty of sizes and designs to choose from! The burlap flowers have a wire back which made it very easy to wrap around the rope.
You can create the DIY washi tape clothespin picture line as short or long as you need. You can lay it out in one big loop, double it up, or swag it. This clothespin picture line would also be a great addition to a cork or memo board!
