Hi Three Kids and a Fish readers! It’s Christine from I Dig Pinterest and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be here today sharing a festive holiday cookie recipe with you! I just love this time of year and the fun desserts that come with it!
If you’re looking for a fun treat to make with your kids when the weather’s keeping them cooped up inside, these Christmas Wreath Cookies are just the thing! I think they’re pretty dang adorable. They are super simple to make, but just remember to plan a little ahead because the cookie dough roll does need to chill for a few hours before baking.
These cookies have the texture of a shortbread cookie, but with an incredible chocolate peppermint flavor. Yumm-o! Ok, call the kiddos in, because we’re ready to get started!
