Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cupcake

I love chocolate covered strawberries…they are sweet, and decadent. I have taken my love for this great sweet treat and decided to put it in a cupcake for Valentine’s Day. This easy to make cupcake is what I call a semi-homemade sweet ending.  I use a boxed vanilla cake mix, a jar of chocolate frosting that I jazz up a bit using nutella to add extra chocolate goodness with a hint of hazelnut, frozen strawberries for a fruity filling and an added chocolate covered strawberry on top!
