This cantaloupe blueberry fruit cup is easy to make and packed with sweet, good for you things. Mixed with lemon, mint, and agave nectar this cantaloupe blueberry fruit cup is the perfect, refreshing start to a morning! Using the cantaloupe as a bowl allows you to scoop out some extra sweetness and less dishes to clean!
Cantaloupe Blueberry Fruit Cup

1/2 pint
blueberries, washed well -
2 Tablespoons
agave nectar -

lemon -
A handful
mint, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the cantaloupe in half
- Taking a knife cut melon into cubes, leaving the skin whole to make a bowl. To do this I make a checker board with my knife and then I use a spoon to scoop out the pieces.
- You can also use a melon baller or spoon to scoop out the melon.
- Place melon in bowl with blueberries
- Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice over fruit, use a zester to zest some of the lemon rind.
- Chop mint and add to bowl
- Pour agave nectar on fruit, stir well
- Pour fruit into cantaloupe bowl and enjoy!
