Angel Kiss Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box-16 ounce angel food cake mix
- ½ cup water
- 3.5 ounce bottle red and white sugar crystals
- 50 candy cane Hershey kisses
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a bowl combine the angel food cake mix and water. Batter will be liquidity.
- Refrigerate for an hour and allow to thickened to a melted marshmallow consistency. This will keep the cookies from spreading.
- Scoop ½ teaspoon of cookie batter onto a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle each cookie with sugar crystals.
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Place a Hershey kiss in the center, you may need to press the kiss down a bit.
- Makes about 50 cookies.

- **Cook’s Note’s** For bigger cookies use more batter, but no more than 1 teaspoon or the batter will spread to thin while baking. In the pictures you will notice that I created both small and big!
