Everything pumpkin is here and our family just can’t get enough of this great fall food! This weekend I have plans of getting a Starbucks pumpkin spice latte that will pair perfectly with these pumpkin cheesecake bars! Yesterday we were dipping graham crackers into this so good tasting {pumpkin pie dip}. Surprisingly, we had leftovers and I decided to use a pumpkin spice cookie dough and the leftover {pumpkin pie dip} to create a slice of pumpkin heaven with these pumpkin cheesecake bars!
Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
- 17.5 ounce Betty Crocker Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix and the ingredients to make the cookie dough.
- 1 cup {pumpkin pie dip}
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 350F
- Mix together the ingredients for the cookie dough.
- In a greased 8×8 baking dish spread the dough evenly.
- Using a Tablespoon scoop some pumpkin pie dip onto the cookie dough.
- Take a knife and run it through the dough both horizontally and vertically allowing the pumpkin pie dip to sink in a bit to the dough.
- Bake at 350F for for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Sink your teeth into this perfect pumpkin treat, Enjoy 🙂
